I'll jump straight to the area where you could improve, since it seems like that's what you're after:
x Smoother animation - I.E. eye blinks
x Even though the sketchy style made this submission more original, I think it would be better clean.
x A better story, if any even existed.
x At points where characters were speaking, even though it probably wouldn't be what they said/sang, it would be neat if it synced to the song
x General improvement with detail in the background

Yeah I gotta work with inbetween frames -_-lll. And yes I shall try to ink and make it cleaner. I am also trying to learn to be more creative with the background, as you can see from the animation that the b/g was shitty.... And they weren't singing, they were actually talking to the blue haired girl, although I\m starting to think I shouldn't have done that cause people might mistake it for singing the song.

The usual

I always loved most of your submissions, but just as much as I've loved them, I've hated your extreme re-use of graphics from older submissions. I did see some new this time though.
The audio quality is always a pleasure, as well as what's said.

If you really wish to improve I'd suggest actually drawing the background, instead of used traced bitmaps and less re-use of graphics.

Your voice matches spongebob's almost perfectly, and it also sounded much like Patrick. It was overall funny and creative - Keep 'em comin'

This one is easy

Add a play button and make it longer - That's all the improvement I think could be done. I love how clean and smooth the animation is, even though you've probably had it through Fireworks. Going to check the website out, right now.

Not a fan of sprite movies

I've never liked sprite movies, but I see enough work behind this flash, to expect you to actually take my advice anyway.. So here goes:

"Zooming up" on sprites almost never succeeds, so if you don't know much about camera angles and such, don't try it - at least not that close.

The sound effects didn't all match the same style, but were generally good in both choice and quality (some generic Mario sounds together with something that reminded me of Worms.)
Try not to use the same sound effect twice though.

A smaller resolution size might have been better for a sprite movie.. I don't watch enough to know though.

I enjoyed the part where Mario & Luigi played tennis with Bowser as ball, the music was a little too high at that point though. Turning it into background music, instead of a replacement for all sounds (Like in Scooby doo) would have been better.

3/5 & 5/10 from me

Needs a lot of work

The audio is neat, but your animation was nothing but two drawings of a mouth, which wasn't even synced properly:
Improve animation
Use a smaller brush size to improve your drawing
Work a little with the plot before making the flash

It was quite good, but it was as if two different animators had been working on this. At times the animation was neat, other times stiff.

Anyway, I liked your color-and song choice, but work with the animation a bit, and try to use a thinner outline.
