I must admit I never review +18 games, nor do I even view them often and this was no different. I only checked it to see if it was abusive, but what did I see - Original vector artwork!
Comparing hentai quizes with horrible quality to this, shows a huge difference - If you'd need my right to create these you'd have it!

3/5 & 5/10 for being a quiz, the artwork brought it up.

I'll jump straight to the area where you could improve, since it seems like that's what you're after:
x Smoother animation - I.E. eye blinks
x Even though the sketchy style made this submission more original, I think it would be better clean.
x A better story, if any even existed.
x At points where characters were speaking, even though it probably wouldn't be what they said/sang, it would be neat if it synced to the song
x General improvement with detail in the background

A good submission overall - Good luck with further projects :)

I always loved most of your submissions, but just as much as I've loved them, I've hated your extreme re-use of graphics from older submissions. I did see some new this time though.
The audio quality is always a pleasure, as well as what's said.

If you really wish to improve I'd suggest actually drawing the background, instead of used traced bitmaps and less re-use of graphics.

This is the first time I've seen something this original in a dress-up. The art was neat, but the way the menu worked annoyed me. A few things that could be done to improve the game would be; more "cloth", making the sound disabling button stop the sound effects as well and a simpler menu.

Add a play button and make it longer - That's all the improvement I think could be done. I love how clean and smooth the animation is, even though you've probably had it through Fireworks. Going to check the website out, right now.

The concept is similar to the "Rock band" game (Non-Flash), and has it's potential - Try adding more instruments and more control over the instruments.
If you have the skills and time you could turn it into something like "SC Guitar Maniac Dx 3"
